PetScrub is operated by Kimos Corp, doing business as PetScrub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide self-service and assisted dog wash services through smart vending units and the PetScrub digital platform available at payments.petscrub.com.

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Full name, email address, and optionally phone number when you create an account.
- Pet information: Number of dogs and breed(s) — only if you voluntarily provide this in your profile.
- Payment information: Transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain transaction amounts, dates, and associated machine identifiers.
- Usage data: Machine usage logs including wash session timestamps and service type (self-serve vs. assisted).
- Social login: If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address as provided by that provider.
- Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and process service purchases.
- To send purchase receipts and service confirmations by email.
- To track wash credits and redemption history.
- To display relevant offers and rewards tied to your account.
- To improve our platform and troubleshoot issues.
- To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared as follows:
- Stripe: Payment processor. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Our database provider for secure data storage.
- Machine Operators: Franchise location owners may see aggregated visit counts and service types for their machines only. They do not receive your full name or email unless you contact them directly.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Section 7.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics pixels. Your login session is maintained via a secure, encrypted cookie.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent for optional data use (e.g., pet profile information).

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
