Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that PetScrub (operated by Kimos Corp) has collected. This includes your account information, pet profile data, and purchase history.
Note: Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes for up to 7 years).
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (name, email, profile photo)
- Pet profile information (number of dogs, breeds)
- Phone number
- Login session data
- Social login connections (Google, Facebook)
- Remaining unused wash credits
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized transaction records (no personally identifiable information)
- Financial records required for tax compliance (7-year retention)
- Aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
How to Request Deletion
Choose one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Email Request
Send an email from the address associated with your PetScrub account to:
privacy@petscrub.comPlease include your full name and the email address linked to your account.
Option 2 — In-App (if you have account access)
Log in to your PetScrub account and navigate to Dashboard → Account & Settings to manage your account and request deletion.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt and confirm by email once complete. If we need to verify your identity before processing, we will contact you.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed in to PetScrub using Facebook, you can also remove PetScrub's access to your Facebook data by visiting Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing PetScrub. To also delete the data we stored from your Facebook login (name and email), please follow the deletion request process above.
